So many boots to try on, you are sure to find something you like! Helpful associates to guide your choices too. My son found two different kind of boots on two separate occasions that he went looking for. One for work and one for casual dress.

Love the store but Don’t care for the return policy. Boots fit well initially. I wore them a 3-4 times and the left boot tongue kept shifting down into the boot and was causing pain in my left toes. Tried to return and trade them for less money than I paid and maybe have them clean them up and resell for a slightly lower price (refurbish) but it was a no. So I’ll go elsewhere for boots.

Really great store, this boot barn is bigger than many. Great selection of country wear and cowboy boots. Jackie was provided excellent customer services, she was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with offering us options and recommendations.

Boot Barn is a wonderful store for Western style clothing and accessories. The store is rather large, split in half for men and women. There is a fantastic range of hats, boots, belts, shirts, tees and jeans... everything a cowboy could need. I personally bought a Stetson style hat and a couple of shirts, which I thought were reasonably priced considering the material quality and style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great store, I'll be back next time I'm in Orlando.
